What is Reality

Reality is the state of things as they actually exist, as opposed to an idealistic or notional idea of them or the state or quality of having existence or substance.

Is reality show is a reality? Do we live in a world where everyone is true to themselves? Celebrity, influencer, internet, and games are having very significant role in clouting people perception and lifestyles nowadays. If we live in a world that has been influenced by many things and by many people, have we been true to ourselves? Do we exist and what reality is the reality?
