True to Myself

As long as I live my life being true to myself, loving myself, rationally deciding according to what's best for me, this true self, how I fit best in the world, we will lead a happy and fulfilled life.

“In general, although humans possess nature, their mind is without a fixed purpose. They await things, and only then do they become active; they await pleasure, and only then do they move; they await practice, and only then do they become fixed.
The energies of joy, anger, sorrow, and sadness are given by nature. When they are manifested on the outside, it is because people have called them forth.
The Way begins with the dispositions, and the dispositions are born from nature. Only through training do we become able to respond well.… At the beginning [of one’s life] one responds with emotions; at the end, one responds with propriety.
As for everyone within the four seas (i.e. the world), their nature is one. That they are different in the way they use their minds is brought about by education."

Darkness within darkness. The gateway to all understanding. Tao The Ching Chapter 1

But anything that not being done in moderation tends to bring more harm and good.  However, the dichotomy of bad and good, can we really be able to distinguish them? In my own opinion again there is no such things as true good and true bad, all good and all bad. It all depends on our own perceptions and our current states when it's happen. What is good now might not be good again tomorrow, the thing that is good now was not good yesterday. If we are battling with any addiction today, let's all of us be kind to ourselves. We should all acknowledge our addictions and bring them to the lights, but we shouldn't condemn them. We are what we are now b...
