My first meal in Bali was a traditional Indonesian meal. It was a rice combination with a corn pancake, stir fry green bean, a bali egg, and dry crispy potato slices with two types of chili from Warung Indonesia. The Warung attendant is a kind woman from Java, she was let me scoop my own meals from the display. The Warung itself does not provide many variety but it was enough to fill me up and very tasty. It was quite cheap too, I spend about IDR 25,000 for a full meal.
My dinner was a bit disappointing, I was craving for Chinese food for a bit so I went out and walk to the waterfront to look for some street food and I spot from Google maps there is a night food market. I walked probably fifteen to twenty minutes, so far I only spot one street food vendor, a grilled corn vendor. I couldn't spot the night food market and I can't be bother to open the Google maps because I was enjoying my night walk and busy reading every sign, moreover the traffic was pretty busy.
I spot a place that look like a food court for me, the place has many Chinese food vendors, probably six food vendors. I was not really count to be honest, anyway, I have a look at two of the menus, they are quite similar to each other. I choose the second menu that I look at and order a plain Chinese omelette with sweet and sour sauce (egg foo young) with rice, cut chili and a bottle of Indonesian tea called Sosro. The meal was cost me an IDR 66,000, and later I found out that this place is the night food market place that I research earlier in Google maps.
This place especially caters for Chinese tourists, Chinese tourists are positioned at the first place in numbers contributed for Bali tourism, roughly 23,07% foreign tourists that had come to Bali in 2018 were Chinese. FYI, this food court also accepting Chinese payment gateway such as Alipay or WeChat.

My first meal for today is similar to my first meal yesterday, a traditional Indonesian food. The place called Warung Nusantara, and the location is quite strategic. This place offers so many Indonesian dishes, the warung attendant helps you to dish your meal. I pick a potato pancake, stir fry potato, stir fry tofu, stir fry green bean and bean sprouts, and some eggplant serve with rice and a generous amount of chili. The food that I eat lacking a bit in taste, and the rice ain't fresh, maybe they just mixed the new rice and the old or maybe I just been served the old rice. However, they are very generous with the amount of food they have given me, I could not even see the rice because it was covered and in every table they also provide four types of condiments, a bottle of dark sweet soya sauce, light soya sauce, a chili and a bottle of ketchup. Food are alright and I definitely will come back to try some of the other dishes that they have. At night they also provide ice cream at the front, and they also a Bali tour agent. The food cost me about IDR 25,000 including the tea.
As the night approaching, I did not feel any need to eat dinner. However, I was worry if I did not eat now, I probably have to go late at night looking for food. There are plenty of cafes and food places that open 24 hours or close very late in the morning in Kuta, but I decided that I want a quiet night. Therefore, I went to Warung Nusantara again and try their ice cream. I ordered three scoops of different ice cream which are cheesecake, Oreo, and Beng beng. The ice cream was worth IDR 50,000. Then I went to the local mini market bought some snack for just in case I still hungry or going to feel hungry at night. I couldn't sleeping when I feel hungry.
